We are a family operated business operating from the Gold Coast in Queensland. We have been associated with the entertainment industry for over 20 years and have operated a number of Entertainment Businesses over the years including, Mr Magic, Top Hat the Magician, Family Entertainment Centres, Jukebox Saturday Night and now Bris Vegas Casino Fun Nites.
As many as you like, the amount of people has no affect on our prices.
2-3 hours is generally recommended. Prices quoted are for up to 3 hours of dealing.
We are happy to accommodate additional running time. When making your booking you can book for longer or alternatively you can book additional playing time on the night. Just approach the Casino Pitboss on the night.
Absolutely anywhere that has a sturdy floor. We have set up in a variety of locations. We have hosted Casino Fun Nights on cruise boats, in car parks, hotels, convention centres, nightclubs, restaurants and penthouses to name a few places.
Blackjack, Roulette and the Money Wheel are by far the most popular casino games. Two Up is fantastic to create atmosphere and Texas Hold Em’ is great for the serious Poker players. Experience tells us the greater the diversity of games chosen the greater the atmosphere on the night.
This is entirely up to you and depends on your circumstance. As a guide if the casino theme is your main focus of the evening, 3 games will usually satisfy up to 50 guests, 50 – 100 guests; 4-5 games and over 100 guests; 5 – 10 games. However in saying that we have hosted 2 games for 50 guests, which worked well. It depends on what games you are choosing.
Yes you can, this is called a ‘Dry Hire.’
According to the law you are allowed to give away prizes as long as people don’t have to place a stake to win them. Prizes, which are given away during the night randomly, are a great way to keep the atmosphere. A free spin on roulette for all your guests is similar to waiting to see what horse wins the Melbourne cup. You may not have money on the horse but you get excited with the rest of the crowd.
We like to keep things simple. We take a 50% deposit with the balance payable on or before the function. The deposit is non-refundable however we will allow you to transfer your booking to another date within a 12-month period. (Please note discounts given off-peak may not apply at peak periods and additional charges may be incurred.) Any bookings cancelled within 14days of the function will incur a 25% booking fee charge but all remaining funds paid will be transferable to another booking within a 12- month period.
